Tabitha Zeigler is an autism advocate, activist, and mother of three children on the spectrum. Her work is rooted in one belief, that our world’s dignity is measured by how we treat our most humble neighbors.
Through storytelling, community, and unapologetic advocacy, she’s building a world where neurodivergent families are seen, supported, and celebrated.
Why I Speak Out
“Advocacy is not a leisurely activity. It’s an obligation to our children to shape a better world in which they can succeed and prosper.”
After her children were diagnosed with autism, Tabitha’s advocacy became personal. As a single mother, she’s seen firsthand how awareness alone isn’t enough; systems must change, and communities must have a seat at the table.
She founded Color the Experience, Umbrella Adventures, and the podcast Staring Down the Storm to create those spaces for learning, joy, and understanding.
the Mission
To ignite a movement of inclusion through voice, visibility, and action
By connecting communities, sharing lived experiences, and creating accessible opportunities, we aim to transform awareness into tangible change: one story, one family, one generation at a time.
